QUESTIONS ABOUT USAGE AND PROBLEMS

3-1. I installed AV Webcam Morpher but I don't see any nickface in the list?  Top

First, please check your email for the links to download the nickfaces. The amount of nickfaces available in your email relies on the version of Voice Changer you have. For Free version, you will have 6 nickface, and for Pro version, you will have 30 freely downloadable nickface. If you could not find any download links in your email, please don't hesitate to contact us for help.

3-2. I cannot play the nickface although I checked it and the Preview button, just a color screen appears?  Top

This is caused by the full memory utilization of your machine. Please just shut the program down and restart your PC. Open the program again. Please do not forget to check on the nickface and Preview option.

3-3. Do I need a real Webcam to use WCM?  Top

No, you will not need to pay any more money for a real webcam. AV Webcam Morpher will automatically manage all the stuffs, just run it and have fun.
 

3-4. How do I use AV Webcam Morpher in voice chat with my Instant Messenger?  Top

- Open Instant Messenger application.

- In the Instant Messenger, enable webcam invitation

- Select AV Webcam if you also have a real webcam

3-5. My friends receive an error message "This person's webcam is not available."  Top

Very simple, just turn off the Webcam Morpher and re-login your Instant Messenger. Then, try opening AV Webcam again. If the problem still persists, have your PC restart.

3-6. AV Webcam suddenly went out as soon as I check the Preview option?  Top

Please try closing all unused applications then re-open AV Webcam Morpher and please remember. If the problem still persists, try restarting your PC to refresh the utilization.
