1-1. Why should I buy the Full Version? |

of your voice as well as other
settings until you have the desired voice output.
- Record
audio files as long as possible.
- Apply and combine as many effects as possible to

effect layouts for later
use.

voice, or your idols'
voices, etc. to the Voice Comparator to
expand the sample voice
list, and do simulating of
those voices.

1-2. How do I pay for my order? |

1-4. How do I place an order?

Go to the product detail page, click the
BUY NOW button to
visit the online
order page.
- Click the BUY NOW button on the order page, you
will be lead to the order processing page.
- Fill out
all required information and choose a payment method.
- Press
the
Order now button at the end of the page and continue
to complete the purchase.
As soon as your order is
released, an email with the Full Version download link and
instructions on getting the license key will be
sent to you.
Note:
- The email address we
send the mail to will be the one you declared in the order form.
- Go to our
product page to choose
the product you want, click the Learn more
link to visit the detail page of the product. |

1-5. I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay in
cash or by check?
|

Yes, we also support check/money order.

- Click the
BUY NOW button on the order page, you
will be lead to the order processing page.
- The online order page now comes up. Click
the
Order now button at the bottom.

Enter all necessary information and select
Check/
Money Order
as the payment method.
- Send the money or check to the provided address. As
soon as your money arrives, the order will then be
released, an email with the Full Version download
link and instructions on getting the license key will be
sent to you. |

1-6. How will the software be delivered? Is there any CD
package?
|

|
- Delivery is mainly made
via download from the Internet. As soon as your purchase
is completed, an email with the Full Version
download link and instructions on getting the license
key will be sent to you.
. If you would like
to receive a hard copy of the software (i.e: a
copy of the product in a CD), please check the
"Get
it on CD" checkbox on the order page. This
option will come with an additional fee of
$12.50.
However, as we do made improvements on the product
periodically, new
updates of the same version will be available for
download with fixed bugs
and/or added features. Therefore, the CD will be soon out
of date, and download from the Internet is recommended
to keep your software fresh.
Do not worry about having no backup of the program.
Whenever you need to reinstall it or have any problems,
simply contact our
Support Team, we will
be right at your service.

1-7. I have ordered the Full Version but
received no confirmation email.
|
 |
|
Normally, after completing the ordering process, you
will see an order confirmation right on the web page,
and in a minute instruction emails will be delivered to
your mailbox. If you receive no email confirmation, it
is possible that:
- You have mistyped the email address.
- Your account has a fatal error and won't receive new
mails.
- Our emails have been blocked by your spam filter.
- Our emails have gone to your Bulk mail folder.
In this case, please do not hesitate to
contact us. Remember to provide a valid alternate
email address where we can reach you.

1-8. How can I get the license (serial number) for my Voice Changer Software?
|

Log in your account at Make4fun (see
FAQ 1-9 to know why you
should have a Make4fun account), go to the Control
panel, follow the Get FULL/PLUS license link on the left
menu of the Control panel, choose your product and
follow the instructions on the product's license page. |

1-9. Why do I have to had a Make4fun account to get the license? |
 |
|
We integrated our support system into Make4fun system in
October, 2008. Since then we have significantly improved
our library of information into our database, including
FAQs, How-to’s, User Manuals, support links, and many
more.
These are your benefits when you’re a Make4fun member:
- The license information of all the products that a
user owns will be administered by the Make4fun account’s
Control panel. Through this stored information, users
will be free from all the paper work or back up tasks
over the license(s) of Avnex’s products(s). Each time
you need to take back the license info for the product(s),
just log in your Make4fun account.
- As owner of our product(s), you will have a Premium
membership at Make4fun, which then entitles you to fully
use all following privileges: retrieving, managing
license(s) of current version of the product(s); easily
upgrading the license for the next upgrade of the
product(s); and getting premium support at Make4fun
(which directly connects to our Support team).
- The Make4fun account’s Control panel also assists you
in getting the Free key for the demos or free products
in our stores.
- There is a lot of fun from Make4fun: Downloading,
sharing, uploading ring tones, funny clips, funny
stories at Make4fun community corner, etc.
So, if you own any of our products, but do not have a
Make4fun account yet, please register . This will help
you get better support from us. |

1-10. How long will it take me to successfully
set up the program on my computer?
|

|
Your payment method
decides how long your order will be processed.
Online
Credit Card is recommended because this is the fastest
and most convenient way to get a product. If there is no
problem with your credit card, and if you have a
broadband connection, it will take only 15 minutes for
the order to be completed and for you to install the
software onto your PC. However, now and then it may take
more time due to a few extra procedures of our retailer.
If this is the case, your order will be pending and will
be processed within about one business day.

1-11. How can I claim a refund and get my money back?
|

|
Our refund policy guarantees that you can get your
whole money back within 30 days from the date of
purchase when your refund request meets the conditions
below:
Full refund will be processed in the
following cases:
- If you accidentally bought the software more than
once.
- When your credit card was used to place the order
without your permission.
- When your problems in using our products remain
unsolved after you have followed exactly our
instructions.
- When you stably encounter an error which is
preventing you from using our software properly, and if
we are not able to correct the error within an
acceptable period of time.
Notes: In this case, the refund is only made
after we receive detailed information about your error,
requested by our support staff, such as screenshots of
error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your
actions, file samples, etc.
Refund request will be declined in the
following cases:
- When the refund request reaches us beyond 30 days
after the date of purchase.
- When you do not reply our email and confirm your
request within the 14 days from the first day you claim
for the refund.
- When you demand a refund immediately after buying
the software.
- When you inform us about changing your decision to
buy the software, saying you has uninstalled it and is
not going to use it without giving any particular
reasons.
- When reasons which prevent you from proper using of
our software are stated clearly on our official site.
(For example, if you request a refund due to the absence
of features which we never claimed to provide and which
are not listed in the feature list for our software).
- If your configuration does not meet our recommended
system requirements that stated
our
FAQ 1.12.
i.e. our
software does not support your hardware or Operating
System, e.g. Macintosh, Windows XP 64-bit, Windows Vista
64-bit, or external
CD/DVD writer). Therefore, it is strongly recommended
that you read our FAQ pages carefully before making the
purchase. |

1-12. What is the recommended system
requirements for AV Voice Changer Software?

- Windows XP 32 bit / 64 bit, VISTA 32 bit operating systems.
- Full-duplex soundcard.
- Pentium III or higher compatible processor ( 2.4 GHz
CPU or better for Diamond edition).
- Headset (instead of a microphone and speakers
separately) .
- 100 MB hard disc space.
Please notice that this software does not support
Windows 2000, VISTA 64-bit, Mac OS X.
