End-User License Agreement which is contained and presented in the product installation file,
The terms and conditions of the Software License in the Sales policy presenting on Audio4fun.com,
Other terms and conditions in effect for the product at the time of download, installation or purchase.
You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable agreements at the time that you obtain, download or install the software. Be certain to read the agreements, terms and conditions carefully.

You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in any/all of your actions related to your use of Audio4fun.com's products, regardless of the purposes of use.
Commercial or non-commercial goods or products or multimedia content, etc. (generally referred to as ‘works’), by either organizations or individuals, which are presented to the public for advertising, or fund raising, or public attracting, or any non-free purposes of use, which have been done partly or wholly with the help of any of Audio4fun.com's products must state clearly within the works’ content or in their attached description regarding the use of Audio4fun.com's products. Please include this sentence accordingly: “This product was made with the use of <product name> from Audio4fun.com Ltd.”
