Technical support terms & policy

Remark: This is a part of the Customer Care Policy.

Technical support services are provided to help customers resolve technical questions and problems with’s software, or that are related to’s software. The services do not include computer training, software training, Internet training or any other general IT training regarding your computer.

Notes: Each product line requires certain system requirements, please read our FAQ pages for further information.

Only these commercial products are entitled to receive our technical support services:

  • Have not been refunded, and
  • Are still in our Mainstream support list, and
  • Are still in the support period (either full support or extended support).

All the technical support information and services provide are:

(1) Technical support: For the full support period after you either purchased the product or you renew your product’s support service time - See our Sales Policy for details about the period of full support and support service renewal.

(2) Online self-help support: All the available products’ manuals, help files, how-to-use tutorials, FAQs on our support channel and technical topics from users around the world in our forum.

Please also understand that:

  • The technical support services delivered by our Customer Support team will be done via email, live chat, or phone (toll free phone line).
  • will not undertake requests for design changes, or new features, or new operating system compatibility, or add-on packs for any product.
  • Support for the use of add-ons, when installed into the product, is only available for products which are still within the full support period and in the Mainstream support list.
  • Only help-self support and forum discussion topics are available for free software products published by
  • VIP members will follow the terms & conditions in the VIP Member Policy.
