This policy covers all the terms and conditions of all the support services that Audio4fun.com offers to end user customers who purchased our software products regarding these issues: Software re-downloading, software licensing, software build update, software version upgrade, and technical support services.

Each customer will have one permanent account in the Audio4fun.com's Support Center to store the download link and license information of your purchased product. Each account is identified by the name and the email address that are retrieved from the information you have declared during the ordering process for the product.
Customer who purchases different products with the same name and email address will have one account at the Support Center to manage the license information of those purchased products.
The download link for your purchased software product can be found in your account in our Support Center. However, the valid of the link depends on your support status:
The newest updated builds of Audio4fun.com's software products are highly recommended for the best performance of the program. Please be aware that an update of the product due to a new build (minor release) will not lead to a change in your product's license, while an upgrade, because of a new version (major release) or an edition upgrade, often will.

The license information is always available in your account in the Support Center. The resetting service of the software's license beyond the updating or upgrading of the product is dependent on your customer support status, as detailed below:
The newest versions of Audio4fun.com's software products (i.e. major release of the same product) are highly recommended for the best performance, fast customer support services and latest editions of our manuals, help files, FAQs and how-to-use tutorials available at Audio4fun.com.
A version upgrading may or may not require an upgrade fee, depending on your customer support status. Details are as follows:
Within the full support period, version upgrading of the same product is free.
After the full support period ends, any version upgrade for the same product is unavailable. You will need to apply for a support service renewal in order to continue to be eligible for future upgrades
When you have done the support service renewal, your account in the Support Center will be updated with a new download link to the new version's installation file and a new license. Use of the product is subject to acceptance of its software license agreement presented at the time of installation.
