1. The AVnex Referral Program (the "Program") is the program that allows participants (the “Referrer”) to receive a payment from AVnex into their PayPal account for referring a customer to AVnex. The payment amount is 25% of the exact value of each eligible purchase (see the Eligibility section) the referred purchaser made through the exclusive links provided by AVnex.

2. The referred customers (the “Buyer”) will also get a 25% discount on the referred products if and only if they make the purchase through the link provided by the Referrer which is valid for one month after its date of receipt.

1. The Program is open only to an individual who has a valid PayPal account, and is an experienced AVnex user. Individuals who want to take part in the Program must have a Make4Fun (M4F) account and finish the Referral Program Registration step, which is available in M4F account’s control panel.

2. Payout is counted by 25% of the value of the eligible purchase value (see 3) which was accumulated in that month.

3. Eligible purchases are ones that satisfy both of these requirements:

   3.1 - The Buyer provides the email of the Referrer in the "Product was recommended to you by (e-mail)" field during the ordering process at our REGNOW retailer.

   3.2 - The purchases that are lasting beyond the 30-day-refundable time without being refunded. As soon as the 30-day refundable time ends without a refund being issued, the percentages will be added into the Referrer's payout result.

4. The email that the Buyer provides us at (3.1) must match the email the Referrer has registered with us. It must also correspond to the ID in the product page URL (the "ID") we have set for that Referrer. In case the two information do not refer to the same Referrer, the payment will be counted for the Referrer who is identified by the ID.

5. The Referred Individual must be an individual or business with whom the Referrer has a pre-existing relationship. The Referrer may not obtain names for referrals from group email addresses, third party bulk mailing lists, customer lists, or other similar sources.

6. The Referrer may NOT send unsolicited e-mails ("Spam"). If you send spam, AVnex may immediately and permanently discontinue your Referral membership, and will only be responsible for the payout of the eligible purchases up to the discontinuation date.

7. The Referrer may refer themselves to the Program.

8. Participation in the Program constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. AVnex reserves the right to restrict you from participating in this Referral Program if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions.

The AVnex Referral Program ends on December 31, 2009.

Payment for the eligible purchases on Dec 2009 will be done within 3 first days of Jan 2010, and for the eligible purchases of the references made in December 2009 will be done within 3 first days of Feb 2010.

1. Finish the Referral Program Registration step at M4F account's control panel.

2. GUIDELINES IF A NEW CUSTOMER IS REFERRED TO BUY AVNEX PRODUCTS:

   • The referred customer must fill the Referrer's email into the field named "Product was recommended to you by (e-mail)" on the order page of the product at our retailer REGNOW.

   • The referred customer must use the purchase links in the product list page which is provided in the reference email within one month from the receive date to buy the products at 25% discount.

   We will not take responsibility if the referred individual buys any products at a higher price because they did not use the specific buy links provided to them.

1. Payment will be done via PayPal service.

2. Payment for the Referrer for each month will be done within 3 days after the beginning of the following month (1st to 3rd).

3. The fees for payment transferring will be charged to the Referrer's PayPal account.

1. AVnex reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions including, but not limited to, the methods through which individuals may earn reward payments and the amount of reward payments that can be earned by referring friends - at any time, with or without notice.

2. An individual's participation in the Program constitutes his/her acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. He/She is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that AVnex may make to these Terms and Conditions.

3. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available at Audio4fun.com and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.
