GENERAL QUESTIONS:

1. How does it work?

You refer our products to your friends, and receive a reward payment for each purchase made by them.
There are only two conditions for the purchase (eligible purchase): (1) the buyer specifies that you are their referrer, and (2) the purchase was not refunded within 30 days.

Your reward payment will be 25% of the actual purchase value made by the referred person.

Each month, you’ll receive the payout to your PayPal account within 3 days after the beginning of the following month. The payout is counted based on the eligible purchases made by your referrals.

2. When will a purchase be considered eligible to the program? (Or what is a successful reference?)

There are only two conditions for the purchase (eligible purchase): (1) the buyer specifies that you are their referrer, and (2) the purchase was not been refunded within 30 days.

In such a case, you've made a successful reference.

3. How much do I get for each successful reference?

25% of the actual value of the purchase made by the referred person.

Of course, the purchase must satisfied two conditions as set for eligible purchase.

The bigger the value of the products your referred friend buys, the bigger the reward payment you’ll get.

4. What are the benefits to my friends from this?

They have the 25% OFF coupon for every product referred to them, and receive full benefits as a loyal member after their purchase.

We want to make a note that your friends MUST use the purchase links in the product list you send to them. We will not take responsibility if your friends buy any products at a higher price because they did not use the specific buy links provided.

5. Is there a limit on the number of friends I can refer?

No. You can refer as many friends as you like, within some necessary guidelines to avoid your emails being classified as “spam” emails. See question 13 for our guidlines for sending reference message.

6. Is there a limit on the reward payment I can earn?

No. The more number of successful references you make, the bigger the payment you get.

7. What are the conditions to register for the program?

You have a PayPal account, and a Make4Fun account. That’s all.

8. Why do I have to have a Make4Fun account?

Make4Fun.com (M4F) is the community website we’ve made for our users around the world to enjoy and share fun stuff. We also integrate our support service for our products and for the Referral program into Make4Fun user account's control panel.

By having a Make4Fun account, you have a private place to retain, retrieve, and receive all information about our products, our special offers as well as all the other service we provide.

9. I don't have a PayPal account. Can I take part in the program?

At this time, we only support payment via PayPal. If you want to take part in the program, please register one account for yourself.

You can submit your PayPal account information after you register to our Referral program. The Payment Information section in your Make4Fun account's control panel will support you with that.

PayPal is a Web-based application for the secure transfer of funds between member accounts. It doesn't cost the user anything to join PayPal or to send money through the service, but there is a fee structure in place for those members who wish to receive money; yet the fees are not high. 10. How do I register to the program?

Finish the one-step-registration process at your Make4Fun account's control panel (see detailed tutorial).

To do this, you first need a Mak4fun account. If you haven't had one, register here. (See detailed instructions.)

HOW-TO-DO QUESTIONS:

11. Do I need to prepare anything before sending out reference messages?

Yes, your product store - the webpage listing all AVnex's products with 25% coupons.

The page is customizable. You can change the page title (your store name), choose a template (red, green, orange, blue), vote for the products you like, and mark the products that you think are the best in the store so that your friends get a clearer view about the products, as well as which ones they should spend their money on if they have a tight budget.

To create/modify your store, log in here and go to Your store page.

12. Where can I get my product store's URL?

You'll get the URL when you have entered the Your store page within the Referral program panel in your M4F account. It's right at the top of the page.

13. How to send reference messages?

Via email. There are two ways you can send the emails:

• Use your email account to send private emails with personalized messages and include your product store URL in. (Please always check the URL of your store before sending.)

Note: The email account you use to send reference messages must be similar to the one you have registered to our Referral program.

• Use our reference message sending form available in the Make4Fun control panel. In this form, we have included the URL of your product store. However, there are some limitations when using this form:

- The number of receivers that can be included in each email is limited to 10.

- Two email sending times have a mandatory time interval of at least 15 minutes to avoid your emails being classified as “spam.”

- The message of the email cannot be changed.

We suggest that you use your own email account to send the messages, for the simplest, use a template like the message we arranged in our sending form. That way, your emails are not limited on the number of receivers, no compulsory break time for email sending, and the email message is personalized. Just remember to include the correct URL of your store in the email.

14. Who can I refer to AVnex?

You may refer individuals with whom you have a pre-existing personal or business relationship, or even yourself. You may not refer names obtained from group email addresses or email mailing lists. (See our policy here).

15. Can I refer myself?

Yes, you can; as many times as you want. This way, you’ll get both the discounts for the products, and the reward payment for making a successful reference.

16. What if my friends forgot to specify me as their referrer?

The product store which was created for you will help us track the purchases, and when your friends buy from the page, rest assure that your work will be credited. However, it takes us more time to track back information, so it is advised that your friends do provide the referrer's email information during their purchasing.

PAYMENT AND RELATED QUESTIONS:

17. How can I get my payment? When will I receive the payment?

Via your PayPal account.

We’ll transfer the payout within 3 days after the beginning of the next month. The payout is for all the eligible purchases done in that month.

18. I referred a friend, and he/she has made the purchase, but I haven't received a reward yet. Why?

Often it is due to these two reasons:

- Your friend applies for a refund within 30 days after purchasing. If the refund is done, the purchase will become ineligible and will be subtracted out of your credited purchases for that month, as stated elsewhere in our policy.

- It takes us 30 days to be sure the purchase is eligible (due to the 30-day-refundable period); the reward will often be added to the payout for the following month.
